The three escrow times come from the deadlines in every protected quote. The quote has 5 minutes to be paid; the deadlines then follow 11, 26 and 41 minutes after that. See Deadlines.

The escrow validator lives in a reference script on chain, so escrow transactions no longer carry the ~9.9 KB script. That cut the fee per escrow transaction from 0.689 to 0.402 tADA.

What creators receive

Example: a protected sale at 5 tADA pays the creator 3.5 tADA (93775c58…).
