https://api.simpuru.xyz/mcp speaks MCP over streamable HTTP. The first call returns 401 with a pointer to the OAuth metadata; MCP clients then run the OAuth 2.1 flow (dynamic client registration, PKCE), and the person approves on a page with their Cardano wallet. The agent then spends from that person’s Simpuru wallet, inside their spending limits.

apps/mcp is an MCP server that runs next to the agent over stdio and pays from the agent’s own wallet, with a per-payment cap and a daily budget. Use it when you want the agent to hold its own key instead of spending from a Simpuru account.
